Session Description:
Teams are becoming more sophisticated in using technology and database tools to search for qualified leads, score their buying potential, analyze behavior and close business. This session will demonstrate how teams are integrating with software providers and analytical programs to create efficiencies in the sales process.
A little background on Scott Loft:
Scott Loft, Vice President of Ticket Sales, Retention and Database Operations for the Oklahoma City Thunder, is an industry veteran with over twenty years of professional sports leadership experience in the National Football League, National Hockey League and National Basketball Association.
Loft joined the Thunder after three seasons with the Miami Dolphins and is responsible for the Thunders overall strategy and tactics for all ticket sales, retention and database operations including; season ticket sales, group ticket sales, Executive Suites, Club Level Memberships.
Prior to his career in sports, Loft received his undergraduate degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana and his Masters Degree from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Loft currently lives in Parkland, Florida with his wife Cathy and his 15-year old son, Josh.
