SAN DIEGO — The Minnesota Twins were recognized as the Best in the Business of Sports Advertising – 2007, at the recently concluded 2007 National Sports Forum in Los Angeles, CA .

Named the 2007 NSF Overall ADchievement Award Winner, this year marked the first-ever top honor for the Twins organization.  Along with the Overall trophy, the Twins also won the Best in Radio category and were finalists as well in four other categories.

In addition to the Twins and the Overall ADchievement Award, winners were also named in seven separate advertising categories at the Forum. These categories included “Best Of….” winners for:  Television, Radio, Out-of-Home, Alternative Media, Sales Collateral, Print and In-Stadium/In-Arena Advertising.

Started in 2004, The NSF ADchievement Awards are awarded annually to recognize the best, most effective branding in a number of individual categories as well as determine, (… by a vote of industry experts), the one organization that the judges felt best achieved the most consistent quality of message across the board -- presenting that organization with the NSF Overall ADchievement Award of Excellence.
