Program Title:  The 2007 NSF ADchievement Awards

Objective: To showcase top sports advertising campaigns.

Program Description: Get those creative juices flowing, because the 2007 NSF ADchievement Awards are right around the corner! If you think your sports advertising is among the "best in the business" -- here's your chance to prove it!

The NSF ADchievement Awards highlight the year's best sports advertising campaigns in North America. Campaigns can be submitted in any of the seven below outlined categories -including two completely new categories that were added for the 2007 ADchievement Awards this year. In addition, independent judges will select the one organization that demonstrates the most consistent advertising excellence across-the-board. This organization will receive the prestigious NSF ADchievement Overall Award of Excellence. Last year we had a record amount of entries from all across the sports industry including teams from MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL, minor leagues, colleges and many more. Agencies are also welcome to submit entries on behalf of their teams.

The seven individual categories are...

  1. Television

  2. Radio

  3. Print (any ad appearing in a publication)

  4. Out-of-Home (billboard, bus shelter, etc.)

  5. In Stadium/In Arena (stadium signage, restroom ads etc.)

  6. Sales Collateral (ticket stubs, pocket schedules etc.)

  7. Alternative Media (web, cinema etc.)

The 2006 Winners: This past year, after reviewing hundreds of entries, an independent panel of advertising experts selected our finalists in each category. The attendees of the 2006 National Sports Forum in Philadelphia then voted to determine each winner. When the results came in, it showed that the San Francisco 49ers and The Minnesota Twins stole the show. The results in each category were:
