Worcester bats fall silent in 8-0 loss

Brockton, MA – The Worcester Bravehearts lost their second straight game Saturday afternoon, falling 8-0 to the Brockton Rox at Campanelli Stadium.

Brockton moves to 14-16 on the season with the win while Worcester slips to 17-10.

The Rox took the lead early on a Joe Bramanti solo home run in the bottom of the second and kept the lead the rest of the way.

Brockton opened things up in the bottom of the third.  Pat DiSalvo and Jake Gelof led off with walks and both scored on RBI singles by Jacob Studley and Bramanti, respectively.
