Sports Zone’s Catching Class with former 7 year pro player Craig Hurba. The class has detailed fundamentals that Major League catchers rely on in their game to keep them in the Big Leagues.
 

What is covered?
Fundamentals on, the set up with no runners on base,  with runners on base. Glove actions: receiving strikes and picking short hops, blocking, glove transfer, throwing footwork, throwing mechanics, throwing program. Fielding the position: bunt plays, pop ups, plays at the plate, and responsibilities on the field.

Ages: 13 and over (No players under 13)
