GARY, Ind. — The Gary SouthShore RailCats announced the signing of pitchers Jack Fowler and Carlos Pinales on Thursday afternoon and have placed pitchers Ottavio Dattolo and Laetten Galbraith on waivers.

Galbraith went 0-0 with a 3.38 ERA and one hold in nine relief outings for the RailCats. The right-hander tossed two scoreless innings of relief in his American Association debut on May 21 at St. Paul.
