Hunter is returning to the RailCats in 2021 as the Assistant Head Groundskeeper, after completing an internship on the grounds crew in 2020. He will be graduating in the spring of 2021 from Indiana University Bloomington with a BSK in Sport Marketing & Management. Hunter is from, and currently lives in Schererville, Indiana.
Hunter attended Lake Central High School, and played on the Varsity Baseball team there. Hunter enjoys watching sports, working on his own cars, and spending time with friends and family in his free time. The U.S. Steel Yard is a familiar place to Hunter, as he attended many RailCats games throughout his childhood, and evenhad the opportunity to play on the field during his time as a player in high school.
A day at Steel Yard is non-stop fun, and that's even without the baseball!
