  • ACCESSIBLE INFORMATION

    Landers Center is fully ADA compliant. Seating for those with limited mobility and those in a wheelchair is available. Please contact Landers Center box office for more information concerning accessible seating locations, availability, and pricing at 662-470-2131.

    Please note: Landers Center Box Office cannot sell tickets over the phone, but can help advise on what seats best fit each customer’s specific needs.

     

  • ATM LOCATIONS

    There are two ATM machines located inside of Landers Center. 

    • Near the Nissan entrance - across from the Convention Hall.
    • Outside section 109/110

    For our guests' convenience, our concession stands, bars, and merchandise kiosks accept all major credit cards. 

  • BOX OFFICE HOURS

    The box office is located adjacent to Landers Nissan main entrance, on the West side of Landers Center.
    Landers Center Box Office will not be open on Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  

  • CAMERAS, VIDEO CAMERAS, AUDIO RECORDERS

    Still cameras are allowed at all sporting events; however the use of a flash is prohibited during Mississippi Riverkings games.

    Family shows, including the circus and ice shows, typically allow still cameras, although there may be restrictions on flash photography.

    Most concerts prohibit all forms of recording devices, including still cameras.

  • CROWD MANAGEMENT / SECURITY

    Landers Center utilizes security staff and police officers in and around the facility, as well as video technology to enhance the safety and security of our guests, clients, and employees. The arena is staffed to meet the needs of the crowd as well as the requirements of the client.

     

  • DESOTO FAMILY THEATRE (D.F.T.)

    DFT is a non profit community theatre organization dedicated to providing high quality family-oriented theatre arts opportunities to Desoto and surrounding counties.

  • DOOR TIMES

    The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:

    • Regular season Mississippi Riverkings & Memphis Hustle games, doors open 60 minutes before the start of the game.
    • Family shows, including the circus, ice shows and character shows, doors open 60 minutes before show time.
    • Concerts generally open doors 60 minutes before show time.

    The time doors open may vary depending on the event.

  • FIRST AID / EMT

    Certified medical professionals are available at the First Aid station during all events to assist guests with medical needs. In addition, Landers Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) found in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest Landers Center employee for assistance. The First Aid station is located on the concourse near section 121/122. 

  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE

    Landers Center offers a wide variety of concessions options thoughout the facility. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into Landers Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact our Guest and Premium Services Manager at 662-470-2126 to discuss food options available.

  • LOST AND FOUND

    A lost and found service is available during events at the Guest Relations Desk located at section 112. Found items can also be turned in here. Articles are kept at the Guest Relations Desk until the end of the event. After the event ends, articles are stored for 15 days in the Box Office located at the Nissan entrance.   • MEMPHIS HUSTLE

    The Memphis Hustle is the new NBA G League affiliate of the Memphis Grizzlies, set to begin play at Landers Center for the 2017-18 season. The team is owned and operated by the Grizzlies as one of 26 teams in the league that are all direct affiliates of a parent NBA club. The Hustle will participate in the Western Conference’s Midwest Division along with the Iowa Wolves, Oklahoma City Blue and Sioux Falls Skyforce and play 50 games in total, including 24 home games (23 at Landers Center; one at FedExForum), 24 road games and two at NBA G League Showcase 2018 in Mississauga, Ontario. Leading the Hustle into its inaugural season is head coach Glynn Cyprien. Bringing with him nearly three decades of coaching experience at the collegiate level, Cyprien proved last season he can make a sizable impact in the NBA G League. Taking over an Iowa Energy team that had previously been 2-19, the team showed significant improvement under Cyprien’s guidance as the interim head coach, finishing the rest of the season at 10-19 in the final 29 games.

  • PARKING

    Landers Center has over 3,000 parking spaces on site.  Parking for guests with disabilities is available at every entrance. If you are attending a sporting event, concert or family event you may park in any available/open lot.  If you are attending a Convention Hall event please park on the West side of the building. Parking is typically $5 cash for all arena events.

    • West (Main) – Landers Nissan Entrance
    • North – Landers Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge Ram Entrance
    • Northeast – Landers Buick GMC Entrance
    • Southeast – Landers Ford Entrance
  • PHONE CHARGING STATIONS

    There are phone charging stations for guests' use located on the West side of the concourse, across from section 105. 

  • SCOREBOARD MESSAGES

    All message requests will be processed through the individual teams for that particular event. Please contact the Memphis Hustle or Mississippi RiverKings through their websites. Special messages and announcements are not available for concerts and other events at Landers Center. 

  • SMOKING POLICY

    In compliance with local and state laws, Landers Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor, is only permitted in the designated smoking area across from section 105. 

    Smoking may result in ejection from an event.

     

  • SOLICITATION / VENDING

    Landers Center does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotion/advertising materials on the premises unless approved in advance by management. 

  • STANDING POLICY

    Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on chairs is strictly prohibted. 

  • STROLLERS

    Landers Center requires all strollers to be checked in at Guest Relations, located on the concourse across Sections 111/112.  

    Guests sitting in suites are allowed to keep their strollers, but must store them inside the suite closet during the event.

  • UNATTENDED MINORS

    Landers Center is not responsible for any minors who are left unattended at an event. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use their best judgement when allowing any child to attend an event without adult supervision.

  • WHEELCHAIR ASSISTANCE

    Landers Center is fully ADA compliant with an elevator that is accessible to both levels of the arena, designated disability seating locations and wheelchair accessibility. Guests who require the use of an elevator should park on the West side and enter the arena at the Nissan entrance. Guests must bring their own wheelchairs. 

  • WIFI / INTERNET

    Guests can connect to the service by turning on Wi-Fi on their wireless devices and selection "LandersGuest" from the list of available networks. 

  • WILL CALL

    Generally, will call is located at the main box office, Nissan entrance, on the West side of Landers Center.

    During events, pre-purchased tickets through Ticketmaster may be picked up at any Landers Center Box Office window. Customers must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets in order to receive them.

    Tickets left by artists or other guests are only available to be picked up at the main box office located inside the Nissan Entrance on the west side of the building.

    Anyone wishing to leave tickets at our box office for another party to claim may do so for a $5.00 charge. This fee is waived for both Mississippi RiverKings and Memphis Hustle games.

    *VIP packages pickup locations vary by event but are usually distributed somewhere within the Nissan Entrance on the west side of the building.
