Diamond Creations is a premier food service company headquartered in West Valley City, Utah. We provide catering for private events and parties as well as concessions for various banquet facilities, hotels, theaters, festivals, golf tournaments, rodeos, stadiums and sports arenas around the country.
Diamond Creations is part of the Elmore Sports Group, which owns six professional sports teams including the ECHL hockey team, the Utah Grizzlies, and several minor league baseball teams including the Inland Empire Sixty-Sixers, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox, the San Antonio Missions, the Eugene Emeralds, and the Idaho Falls Chukars. In addition, Diamond Creations also provides concession services to the minor league baseball team, the Helena Brewers, as well as the University of Texas-San Antonio Athletic Departmnet, the USANA Amphitheater, Utah Cultural Celebration Center and the Utah State Fairpark.
The Elmore Sports Group has various partners with specialties in entertainment, travel, ticketing, sports marketing, merchandise sales, corporate hospitality, facility management and special events management. David Elmore: No one is more sensitive to the unique needs of facilities and markets than David. As the owner of the Elmore Sports Group and eight professional franchises, David personally addresses the individual needs of the facility on a daily basis. He is committed to the principal that each facility reflects the culture of the individual community. He knows that what works in San Antonio, Texas, may not work in Salt Lake City, Utah. Having been involved in the operation of minor league professional baseball parks since 1981, Mr. Elmore has vast knowledge of ths synergies between the operations, the food service and the marketing entities. As an owner and operator, he instills a "for profit" attitude among his management teams, based on concrete financial data and reporting. His background as a CPA, lawyer and businessman has trained him to operate according to financial results.
Donna Tuttle: Donna, co-owner of minor league franchises and facilities brings her extensive marketing experience in conventions, meetings and events from her background as US Under Secretary of Commerce in Washington, D.C. Owner of her own business, Korn Tuttle Capital Group, Inc., past Chairman of the Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau, and a member of the Boards of Directors of the NCAA, Hilton Hotels Corporation, and Silver Dollar City, Inc. (operators of theme parks and theatres), Donna has experience in developing worldwide cooperative advertising programs and corporate contacts in the sponsorship community.

Agostino DiGiacomo
Agostino DiGiacomo is currently the President of the Utah operations of Diamond Creations, an upscale catering and concessions company, which has been in existence since 1992, serving the greater Salt Lake/Ogden area.
Better known as “Augie”, he is a 1983 graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey where he earned his BS degree in Business Management. Augie has served in the food service industry for 33 years, holding multiple managerial positions in high volume restaurants, banquet facilities, universities, arenas, stadiums and amphitheatres.
Prior to accepting his current position with Diamond Creations, he served as the Director for Compass Group for four years; the largest food service company in the world. Augie has received specialty training and holds certifications in the areas of culinary planning, financial and operational planning and human resource management. Additionally, he has received advanced diversity training and is ServSafe Certified.
Ryan Bigler
Ryan Bigler holds a bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration. Ryan began his career in January '2008 as a Food & Beverage intern for the Philadelphia Phillies at their spring training site in Clearwater, FL. Ryan continued on with the Single A team after the spring break season ended. Ryan continued working 80+ minor league baseball games and took a 2nd job as a catering assistant for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to gain experience in a more diverse environment. In January '2009, Ryan left Florida for an opportunity to intern with the Lakewood BlueClaws in Lakewood, NJ. He thrived in the Food and Beverage management area and at the end of the season, Ryan had found his calling. Ryan was recruited by the Bakersfield Blaze team in California and took a position as director of Food and Beverage. In October '2011 Augie DiGiacomo from Diamond Concessions of Utah reached out to Ryan with an opportunity to run the concessions department for the Maverik Center and Usana Amphitheater. Ryan jumped at the challenge, and moved to Salt Lake with his wife Andrea. He met his wife Andrea in Clearwater, FL at a Threshers game in 2008 and they have been together ever since. They own a home in West Valley City and have two puppies named Kimbo and Duke.

Services and Tax
Diamond creations will apply 21% service fee and applicable sales tax for all events. If you have tax-exempt status, we require a tax exemption form when booking your event.
Payment and Account Policy
It is required that the Catering sales office to be notified of the exact number of attendees by noon, seven (7) business day prior to the event. (801-988-2000 or [email protected]) The minimum number of guests will be considered a guarantee for what you will be charged, even if fewer guests attend. If the catering sales office does not receive a guaranteed number we will consider your number given at the time of booking your final count. A signed contract, along with a 50% deposit, is required to confirm your event seven (7) days prior. The remaining balance must be received 72 hours (3 days) prior to the start of the event. A late payment fee of 1% per month (12% annual rate) shall be assessed to any late or unpaid balance due to Diamond Creations. No services will be performed without the required deposits/ payments and singed contract(s) on file at the Catering Sales Office. Deposit are to be made payable to Diamond Creations, 3200 South Decker Lake Dr. West Valley City, UT 84119. It is our policy that food and beverage not consumed by the client shall remain with Diamond Creations for liability and health reasons.
Tasting
Diamond Creations can provide a tasting of your selected menu options. Cost payment of the food must be paid for in advance and if the client chooses to book their event with Diamond Creations the payment will be applied to the final contract.
Cancellations
In the event a function is cancelled, deposit is refundable if cancellation is received no later than seven (7) business days prior to the function. Should the client cancel the event less than seven (7) business days, the deposit paid shall be non-refundable. Should the client cancel their event less than three (3) business days before the confirmed date of the event, the client will be charged the full contract price of the agreement.
Rentals
Linens- All colored linen selections must be chosen 14 days prior to the event. Customers’ not purchasing food or beverage with linen needs will be subjected to a linen charge. Please see sales associate for details
Our catering staff can coordinate your needs with florists, bakeries, audio-visual and rental companies because we know your time is valuable. All rental invoice(s) will be passed on to the client at their expense.
Damages
Client agrees to pay for all damages and /or injury done to the facility and personnel during an event contracted. Diamond Creations reserves the right to terminate the function at CLIENTS expense if damages or injury occurs.
Lost Articles and Shipments
Any shipment of materials (i.e. literature, equipment etc.) is the sole responsibility of the CLIENT. Diamond Creations must be notified in advance of shipping arrangements to ensure proper acceptance of these items upon arrival. Diamond Creations is not liable for any lost materials. All freight and shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the Client.
Security and Liability
Diamond Creations will exercise all reasonable care to safeguard property/individuals, during the catered event. However, Diamond Creations shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, injury or damages to personnel or property that may be sustained by reason of occupancy during the event. All security or other protective service desired by the client must be arranged for and by special agreement with Diamond Creations. At the Maverik Center on non event evenings catered events booked after 6pm will be charged $15.75 per hour for house security.

Diamond Creations is proud to be the concessionaire for PK Park in Eugene, Oregon home of the Eugene Emeralds minor league baseball team. PK Park has a total capacity of 4,000, including 2,040 box seats with backs, a general admission bleacher section that holds 480, 53 ADA and companion seats, two picnic plazas, eight upper level luxury suites and a VIP lounge.

Arrowhead Credit Union Park is home to the Inland Empire 66ers minor league baseball team. It seats 5,000 with grass seating that can accommodate several thousand more fans in comfort. The facility has all of the modern amenities, including 12 spacious luxury skybox suites, each with a private outdoor balcony equipped with stadium-style seating and two large outdoor picnic areas that overlook the playing field.

The 2010 season will mark the 17th year that Nelson Wolff Municipal Stadium has been the home of the San Antonio Missions. The Wolff, as it is more commonly called, was built in 1994 and has been known as the "The Jewel of the Texas League." The stadium has 6,200 fixed seats and a grass berm in left field that can seat about 3,000. The Wolff features 14 luxury suites, a 500 person picnic area down the right field line and an all-you-can-eat-and-drink fiesta deck.
