As Infinite Scale’s strategic branding expert, Molly is responsible for promoting not only the Infinite Scale brand, but also the multifaceted brands of its clients. She works directly with the clients and the Creative Council™ to determine the venue theme, brand platform, corporate partner integration layer and strategic collaborations to ensure consistent brand integration throughout the life of a project. Molly also manages the sustainability initiatives for the studio including the Rescale model that transforms event materials – vinyls and fabrics – into lifestyle products for its next generation of use outside of the landfill. The Creative Council™, a collaborative way to approach to providing creative consultation to Clients, was first implemented during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games where Mazzolini set up a satellite office for the brand-management department that worked closely with 70+ sponsors and suppliers of the US Olympic Movement. Prior to that she was at the University of Kentucky athletics department specializing in media relations as a liaison between the coaches and the media. In addition to project-based work on venues and events, Molly champions the business development and marketing efforts for Infinite Scale.
