Joni Lockridge has focused her career developing digital solutions for complex problems. She recently joined Omnigon, a team of technologists and strategists helping clients achieve returns on their strategic, creative and technical investments across digital content delivery. As Director of Strategy and Operations, Joni will aid sports, media, and entertainment organizations to leverage the ubiquitous nature of business and digital for bottom line growth.   
 
Previously, Joni served as the Director of Digital Strategy for the PGA of America. Her responsibilities included all web, mobile, email, digital media, and social experiences that fuel the association’s two strategic mandates— to serve the 28,000 PGA Professionals and to grow the game of golf.
 
Prior to joining the PGA of America in July of 2013, Joni Lockridge led the Unified Solutions Team at Definition 6. Her work at Definition 6 led to the company’s first Agency of Record account and numerous successful campaigns and digital product launches. As a result, Joni was named “Client Service Person of the Year” in 2010 and “Unified Marketer of the Year” in 2012 (Employee of the Year).
 
Earlier in her career, Joni worked for Nike in the North American Retail Brand Marketing division and helped bring the first NCAA Bracket Town to life with IMG Live. Joni also served as a Board of Director for the EWGA (Executive Women’s Golf Association) and advocates for positive change on issues of importance to women in sport. 
 
Joni is a graduate of Ohio University, where she received her MBA and her Master of Science in Sports Administration. Prior to her graduate degrees, she earned her Bachelor of Arts and captained a Division I softball team at Furman University. There she was named a Furman Fellow and was awarded the Student-Athlete Achievement Award.
