Former Rhino Jorge Dueñas Abin, from Mexico City, Mexico, will be the newest addition to the Miners Hockey Club roster.
“Jorge is a well rounded player. He's a natural defenseman that can also play forward. He's had a lot of success on the Mexican national team and we look forward to having his experience in the locker room,” notes Coach Herman on the addition of Dueñas to the Miner roster.

Making new friends and playing some hockey games.

When I won gold medal in the National Olympics in Mexico 2013.
When did you start playing the game of hockey?
When I was 11 years’ old.
Which NHL player(s) do you model your game after?
John Carlson because he is the defenseman type that I like to play and I really enjoy watching him play.
What is your favorite activity outside of hockey?
Spending time with my family and friends.
