There are no egos here. We're all working together toward one common goal: being the spot where Worcester Spends Summer. How do we do it? Through fireworks shows, mascot antics, prize giveaways, celebrity appearances, great food & drinks, and a baseball team that defines the word "hustle." It's hard work. We cook & clean, set up & breakdown, entertain & instruct though every inning and outing in all types of weather. But we have a great time. Seasonal: Worcester Bravehearts Ticketing Manager

 

The Worcester Bravehearts are looking for a motivated, organized and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and entertainment. The Ticketing Manager is a paid seasonal position with full time hours, and oppurtunity for commision. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Report to General Manager and lead organization's sales team

  • Hire, Train and manage team of 3-5 sales representatives

  • Implement weekly accounting and reporting systems to track & measure sales

  • Conduct regular coaching meetings for each sales rep

  • Develop and execute creative & innovative sales promotions 

  • Perform outbound sales efforts and close deals for new group & ticket plan buyers

  • Serve as primary point of contact for all season ticketholders

  • Manage & supervise stadium box office & will call booth every game day

  • Represent organization in and around Worcester market through networking and community events

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales experience 

  • Expertise with numbers & spreadsheets to measure sales goals & pacing

  • Ability to work efficiently and multitask to meet deadlines in hectic environment

  • Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation

  • Professional personal appearance; attention to detail; cheerful, can-do attitude at all times
