Photos/Videos:

The majority of WSA events will not be covered by professional photographers and videographers. However, we encourage spectators to take and post photos/videos on our social media outlets.

Parking:

WSA hosts all of our events in large venues, typically convention halls, stadiums or arenas. As such, plenty of parking is typically available on-site or very close to the venue. However, this also means that there is often a parking fee. Any parking fees are charged and retained by the venue or parking lot owners. WSA does not have any control over parking fees or receive any proceeds from it.

Schedules:

 Final schedules will be posted on our website the Friday before the event.Teams should report to the warm-up area 15 minutes prior to their scheduled warm-up time.

Registration Fees:

All Star, Recreation, Dance and Schools

$70/participant – Early (More than 30 days prior to event)
$80/participant – On-Time (Less than 30 days prior to event)
$90/participant – Late (Less than 15 days prior to event)

Special Athletes

Special Athletes compete for FREE.

Crossovers

$10 less than the registration fee at the time of registration

Spectator Fees:

Spectator • $15
Kids 5-10 years old – $5; 4 and under are FREE
CASH ONLY

Results:

All results are sent to gym owners/coaches within 72 hours after the competition.
