Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Sanford Center.

If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

If you wish to purchase tickets from the secondary market, we encourage the use of TicketExchange. TicketExchange is Ticketmaster's online service that enables premium and fan-to-fan transactions. Only Ticketmaster can guarantee 100% legitimate tickets, because the tickets sold through TicketExchange are linked to Ticketmaster's ticketing systems.

Will Call is available for various events per request of the ticket purchaser.

Tickets can be picked up at any open Ford Pickup Window, on any event day, after the purchase is made.

The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used.

• All children 23 months and under do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder.
• All children 24 months and older require a ticket to enter.
• Family Shows require all children 12 months and up to have a ticket. (For example, Sesame Street Live & Disney Live)

All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Contact Jenna Kaiser,  Ticket Office Manager for all of your seating needs. Please contact the ticket office well prior to the event to reserve the seating.
