Launched in 2014, the WISE Executive Leadership Institute serves as the gold standard in leadership development programs and is designed to help women executives become more effective leaders and skillfully navigate their business environment. The customized curriculum, which leverages the faculty, resources of Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth and addresses the critical business acumen and personal leadership skills needed by any successful executive, as well as the specific challenges faced by women in the business of sports. Alumnae — representing industry-leading organizations such as CBS Sports, Coca-Cola, ESPN, FOX Sports, IMG, MLB, MLS/SUM, NBA/WNBA, NBC Sports, NFL, NHL, Octagon, StubHub, Under Armour, USOC and USTA, as well as major league teams — comprise the upper echelon of female leaders who continue to be actively involved in transforming their companies and the industry at the executive level.
