The BMO Harris Bank Center Box Office is your connection to world-class entertainment.  The Box Office offers ticket purchasing through three convenient channels; online at www.thebmoharrisbankcenter.com, charge-by-phone at (815) 968-5222, or Box Office walk-up at 300 Elm Street in downtown Rockford.

When placing an order online, www.thebmoharrisbankcenter.com will show you your exact seat location: section, row and seat. All seats are pulled from best available seating the moment you send your order. Please note the seats offered to you are held for a total of six minutes. During this time frame, you may view the seating chart and fill in your payment information. If your order is not submitted within the six minutes, your seats will be released.

You will receive two confirmations for your online ticket order: the first at the time the order is placed, and second via email. All tickets ordered ten days prior to the event will be mailed to the address you provide. Any orders placed after this time will be kept at the venue box office for pickup. It is important to provide your correct email address for order confirmation.

Please note: there will be an additional service charge for Internet orders and all sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds once the order has been placed.
